Constance Marie Lopez was born September 9 in 1965. She is an American actress. She is well-known for her roles in the film Selena as Angie Lopez in George Lopez (2002-2007) and Marcela Quintanilla (mother of Selena) in the movie Selena (1997). She played Regina Vasquez in the ABC Family/Freeform drama series Switched at Birth (2011-2017). She is currently in Camila Diaz in the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (1999). Marie began her acting career in her teens. Her first film role came in the film Salsa. Other credits on television and film include Early Edition and Dirty Dancing, Selena and Spin City and Ally McBeal. Marie was selected to play the part as Angie Lopez in the ABC comedy series George Lopez. Marie was the lead in the 2001 comedy-drama Tortilla Soup, alongside Jacqueline Obradors and Hector Elizondo. She also appeared in the PBS drama series American Family. Her own line of clothing, "The Constance Marie collection" was launched in October 2007. The following year, she was in an ad for PETA which urged people to spay and neuter their pets. 3.
